Lead Engineer - C#/.NET

Our client is looking for a Senior Software Engineer well-versed in C#, WinForms, and the MS tech stack to lead a full blended scrum team. Don't worry — we're looking to cover US time zones with a slight bias to Pacific and no late night meetings with the offshore team will be required. 🤘

We're looking for a 🦄 that can thrive in ambiguity, be adaptable, flexible, and is a quick study. To be successful, you must be able to intuitively close the gaps between business needs when not 100% known with the appropriate technical functionality. 

Other requirements include:

• Experience in software development with hardware dependencies
• Team player (No Jerks!)
• Ability to manage time and drive the team to goals
• Ability to assess work, provide dependable estimates on effort and timing
• Ability to assess the current state and articulate a roadmap to enhance the tech stack
• Loves getting points on the board and delivering. 💪
• (Nice to have!) Spend a scheduled amount of time on site to learn the equipment (North County San Diego)
